Ac not cooling. Checked operation of system. Found condenser coil dirty cleaned coil and hooked up gauges. Found unit to be low on r22. Used customer’s r22 to add charge to system. System is up and running.
Performed ac maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists.
Ac maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked condition of furnace filter and evaporator coil. Took reading of blower amp draw. Checked for clean condenser coil outside to ensure proper airflow. Checked electrical on condenser for any burnt or loose wires. Checked mfd readings on capacitor. Made sure refrigerant pressures read correctly.
This is an estimate to replace igniter on fuel oil system. Unfortunately the parts needed are obsolete and unavailable. We can try to retrofit a new igniter in the system. If you would like to have this done please accept the estimate and we will get this scheduled. Thanks. Transformers we took would not work. Was able to find transformer online. Will order and return. Returned with correct transformer. Installed. Burner lit up and is running smooth.
Found ignition transformer not sparking and nozzle plugged. Replaced nozzle. Will send estimate to replace ignition transformer. Ignition transformer is obsosolete. Sent over estimate to try and retrofit a new fit a new design to unit. Tried calling with no answer. If they have any questions they can give me a call
Found inducer port clogged bad. Customer wants to hold off on replacing Bvent piping. Radon Level below 4.
Replaced nozzle and filter. Burner now running as it should. Need to send estimate to replace downstairs circulating pump.

No failing parts on the 2017 Lennox mid efficient up flow furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor, unit was clean inside, amp draws on both motors are in spec along with ohms on the igniter. Order of operations happened in the proper sequence & the system is operating optimally with a clean filter and new humidifier pad. Advising a Uv Light air purifying application.
I scheduled the customer's yearly furnace maintenance for their Orient, Ohio home.
Not cooling in fresh food section. Weak cooling in freezer. Found evap fan motor not running. Verified voltage on motor. Motor is NLA, unit is 30 years old. Need to contact for price to install unit. Cabinet opening is 70inches wide and 66 and a half tall. Single unit is 33 inches wide and double unit is 66 inches. NYU438
Heating maintenance for electric heat. Checked amp draw on blower motor, breaker, and heating elements. Checked operation of system. Checked condition of filter. Checked supply air temperature
Unit not cooling. Hooked up gauges and pressures were extremely low. Checked evaporator coil and coil was filthy. Also found dead ferret in evap coil. Removed ferret and spayed evap coil with no rinse spray. Ferret messed up insulation inside cased evap coil. Hooked up gauges and pressures were still off. Recommend replacing evaporator coil or replacing ac system. Emailed estimates over.
