The condenser pump was overflowing, and the wall panel needed to be removed to access it. The air conditioner was from 1999 and should be replaced soon.
I cleaned the hoses and neutralizer reservoir for the condensate line of a tankless water heater. I used a high-pressure water hose to remove any debris or buildup from the hoses and reservoir. I also used a specialized neutralizer solution to clean the reservoir and prevent corrosion.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Wanted an estimate for sump pump. Gave customer estimates for sump pump. Gave customers three options, including battery back up alarm system and regular sump pump. Customer wanted to talk it over before proceeding.
