Diagnosed upstairs bathroom toilet not filling with water due to broken flush lever and loose tank stopper. Removed existing damaged handle assembly, installed new toilet handle from Ace Hardware, and secured the stopper mechanism. Also addressed sink issue in same bathroom by reinstalling and securing the sink stopper that had come loose.
