Inspected ceramic tile shower stall with wall-mounted handheld shower head. Observed minor discoloration and water spots on tile surfaces, particularly on wall areas. Confirmed proper drainage and fixture functionality after evaluation.
Inspected toilet flange showing significant deterioration with visible rust, corrosion and mineral buildup. Documented damaged white plastic flange with brownish residue and sediment accumulation around the central opening. Recommended replacement of the deteriorated flange to prevent potential leaks and ensure proper toilet mounting.
Inspected and documented customer's stainless steel sink with existing garbage disposal installation. System includes black disposal unit with proper rubber flaps in drain opening, connected to white PVC drain assembly with standard P-trap configuration. All components appear functional with normal wear patterns visible on sink surface.
Inspected and repaired plumbing system under cabinet, including replacement of deteriorated P-trap assembly. Installed new PVC drain pipes with proper connections and secured with metal clamps to ensure leak-free operation. Addressed adjacent wall damage near installation area for complete service resolution.
Completed inspection of under-sink plumbing installation. Assessed garbage disposal unit and drainage configuration, including corrugated drain hose routing. Examined connection points to wall plumbing, confirming proper installation of brass/copper fittings and ensuring secure attachment of all components.
Performed inspection of residential water supply system, documenting significant copper pipe corrosion and water damage at connection points. Observed extensive oxidation with characteristic greenish-blue patina on copper pipes emerging from concrete floor, along with deterioration of surrounding materials and possible moisture-related damage. Recommended replacement of corroded supply lines and valve assemblies to prevent potential leaks and system failure.
Conducted inspection of shower system with focus on drainage components. Accessed wall cavity to examine plumbing infrastructure, revealing PVC drain pipe with elbow joint surrounded by insulation. Verified shower base integrity and confirmed proper slope toward drain without signs of damage or leakage.
