Responded to no heat call for a 2-year-old IBC boiler system. Diagnosed pressure loss due to a pinhole leak in the 007 primary loop circulator pump. Replaced defective pump, restored system pressure to 16 psi, and verified proper operation of both heating zones. System is now functioning correctly. Customer may benefit from upgrading their Nest thermostat to a T10 model for improved performance.
