Identified multiple critical issues including severely corroded flame sensor (cleaned temporarily), deteriorated burners, cracked collector box, and non-functioning inducer motor. Heat exchanger appears intact. After consultation with homeowner, unit has been recommended for complete replacement due to extensive component failure and overall condition.
