Spoke to customer upon arrival. Express concern about drain for laundry. After full diagnosis found that the clog in laundry drain was on 90 from softener line going down. The tee going to the trap that takes the washer in was open widely. Ran water down drain for about five minutes. Drain never once backed up. Cut out 90. Ran softener into bypass softener was constantly spraying water out of discharge line. Water is no longer going through softener. Customer understands that softener is bad.
