I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was called to a customer's home to check on a problem with their air conditioner. Upon arrival, I cleared the drain, changed the filter, checked the Freon level, checked the blower motor and belt, checked the contacts and wiring, and everything looked good. I then checked the system and found that it was cooling properly.
Installed sealer. Sealer takes 24-48 hours to cure. Need to come back morning to turn system on
Tried sealing unit again. If this doesn’t work system needs replaced. Will send quote when I get information
Outdoor unit only. Did not meet customer to give any information to. Got pictures for hvaci
Changed filters. Siliconed areas where I thought water could be getting in but not sure it will work. System has had patch work done prior as you can see in pictures. Checked operation of equipment. Everything is running correct
Filled out information for hvaci and uploaded pics. Sold SMA to customer for 215$. Call customer 239-272-3881 for SMA package
Can not get through guard house. Insured customer will not answer phone for guard house or hvaci. Talked to Tim/Tom at hvaci. Said we will get paid the trip fee. He did not give an amount HVACI said they will try another day. Not sure if we will get the call
