I am a home service technician. I recently completed a job for a customer who was experiencing issues with their air conditioner. The customer had a washable filter that was clogged, which was causing the system to not cool properly. I cleared the drain and checked the safety switches, and the system was cooling again. I also checked the system for any other issues and found that the system was low on refrigerant. I added more refrigerant and charged the system, and the customer's air conditioner is now cooling properly. I also checked the heat run to the bedroom and found that it was not working properly. I checked the heat pump and found that the safety switch was tripped. I reset the switch and the heat pump is now working properly. The customer was happy with the service and paid the bill.
