No failing parts on the 2015 self contained gas furnace. Filter was clogged, put new in, added to invoice. System has been running entire time I was here, I believe breaker was tripped when I got here due to clogged filter & high blower amp draws.
Found the thermostat was not together correctly. Put it together correctly and the propane heat came on. That is what the tenant wanted. S

Found water marks on bottom of disposal. Not actively leaking
Check out AC AC is working like it should did put my gauges on it to make sure pressures are perfect. Sub cooling is perfect. Nothing wrong with unit.
There is a crawlspace underneath the deck there is raccoons in the crawlspace, tearing up the ductwork coming from unit. The duck work that is metal has been wrapped with insulation has been torn off by the raccoons. The duck work in the basement is cooling the crawlspace off more than the house customers have to send someone out to get out the live animals before we can insulate the ductwork and replace the ductwork coming from self-contained unit and hook it to the regular ductwork, this will probably be on all week project once we get the animals out they have torn up a bunch of the ductwork
Unit had bad capacitor replaced capacitor. Everything is good to go.
Tenant says he’s not getting any airflow upstairs, checked ductwork and it needs cleaned super bad. Losing over half the airflow. Price includes labor and materials
Everything is up and running and working fine unit does need new filter. It is a 16 x 25 by one filter. Need to bring back up to change make this a priority. Please also got high side pressure switch jumped out with five amp fuse unit is running and pressure switch is bad. I don’t know if you want to replace it or not, talk to Garett to see if he wants pressure switch replaced because you will have to break into system to replace pressure switch. It is currently jumped out at this time and working good. It’s just a bad pressure switch on the refrigerant side.
NEED TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE MAIN CONTROL BOARD, THE DEFROST CONTROL BOARD AND THERMOSTAT FOR HEAT PUMP. NO CHARGE ON THE CONTROL BOARDS FOR CUSTOMER. COLLECT PAYMENT FOR LABOR AND THERMOSTAT WHEN COMPLETE.
