I arrived at the customer's home to perform an air conditioning service. I ran the unit in the AC mode to check for a temperature drop. I checked the amps and ohms on both the indoor and outdoor units. I checked the wiring and pressures. I sprayed off the coil and performed a radon test. I found that the unit was low on charge and added refrigerant to the system. The unit had a 20-degree split.
I was called to a home to repair a heater circuit. Upon inspection, I found that the heater was pulling 6 amps and when the cycle finished, the error cleared. I advised the customer to run water until it was hot in the sink before starting, fill with rinse aid and use tablets to wash.
The customer had a WH flush and drain that was over 10 years old. The expansion tank was leaking, so I recommended replacing both the WH flush and drain.
Customer is seth the technician wires are bare in unit and brother in law said to replace the unit get with Greg and seth on estimate I sent
Customer did not want to flush tank due to needing to sign the waiver and not having money if the tank goes out.
Performed plumbing maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists. Need return apt to install 2.1 gallon expansion tank.
No failing parts on the 2015 self contained gas furnace. Filter was clogged, put new in, added to invoice. System has been running entire time I was here, I believe breaker was tripped when I got here due to clogged filter & high blower amp draws.

Found the thermostat was not together correctly. Put it together correctly and the propane heat came on. That is what the tenant wanted. S
