I was called to a home to repair a heating and air conditioning unit. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not cooling. I checked the safety switch and found that it was not working. I cleared the drain and only water came out. I cleaned the drain pan and the unit started cooling. I called the customer to let them know that the unit was working and to schedule a payment.
