We have had a great experience with your whole company. Right from the start with the ladies I spoke with on the phone, then with Willy our guy that checked out our system and last but bit least Doug that installed our new air conditioner. Doug was very polite and knowledgeable about our system. The temperature last weekend was in the 90s and we knew something was wrong. This week we are in the 90s and get higher tomorrow with a heat index over 100. I called Dor-Mar on a Monday morning and they were at my house by 4:00 pm and unfortunately it could not be repaired and by 9:00 am Tuesday the next day they were here installing my new air conditioning unit.
