I was assigned to drop off drain cleaner at a customer's home. I arrived at the customer's house and used a ladder to reach the drain. I poured the drain cleaner down the drain and waited for a few minutes for it to work. After the drain cleaner had worked, I cleaned up the area and left the customer's house.
