Upon arrival, I identified that the unit was not heating and was displaying an overheating code. The first step was to replace the air filter, which was found to be clogged and restricting airflow. After installing a new air filter, I turned the unit back on. However, the system then threw a dirty flame sensor fault. I proceeded to clean the flame sensor using a fine-grit sandpaper to remove any carbon buildup. Once the sensor was clean, I restarted the unit. The system is now running smoothly, and the heating function has been restored. The unit is operating efficiently, and the fault codes have been cleared.
