Unit is completely empty on R-22 and I found compressor oil all over indoor coil where it is leaking. Told customer the diagnosis in my recommendations and what her options were. She doesn't want to have it fixed and did not want a quote to replace it. Offered to leave my card to give to her husband to discuss options because it didn't seem like she was understanding me she declined and then asked me to leave
