Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about water heater leaking out of tank by bottom element. Called rheem and after some arguments was able to get a warranty replacement. Gave customer estimate to replace under warranty also gave estimates for tankless hybrid and marathon water heater. Customer did not want to proceed at this time. Customer paid for diagnostic.
