I recently completed a maintenance visit for a residential air conditioning system. During the session, I assessed the condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil, recorded the blower amp draw, inspected the cleanliness of the condenser coil, examined the electrical components of the condenser, and confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range. I also noticed that the insulation on the suction line had fallen off, so I emailed an estimate to replace the insulation.
