Our Tech Steve, did a great job of inspecting our unit. He fixed the issue and thoroughly explained what was causing the issue that we were having with our AC. He also explained what we could do to be proactive to possibly avoid further issues. Steve was personable, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.
