Installed thermostat for customer and inspected the ac unit. System was low on charge added 1# 410a. Cooling works great no other issues found.
NEED CHRIS O TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE DEFROST CONTROL BOARD FOR HEAT PUMP. DEFROST CONTROL BOARD IS UNDER WARRANTY. CHARGE FOR LABOR AND WARRANTY PROCESS FEE.

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance.
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any issues. Checked water pipes for any leaks. Made sure glue was venting out co2. Checked condition of burner assembly. Did not flush tank customer stated it’s 5 years old and has never been flushed.
Ac is running good, no issues, ready for the summer
System was low on charge and had a failed capacitor. Replaced the capacitor cleaned the condenser and topped off the refrigerant, cooling works.
