Today, we performed a comprehensive plumbing maintenance check for a client with a single full bathroom. The toilet was inspected and found to be securely attached to the floor, with no wobbling, water leaks, or supply line issues. It flushed smoothly. The laboratory faucet's pop-up assembly functioned perfectly, holding water and turning on and off effortlessly with excellent drainage. The tub/shower operated seamlessly, though the tub spout was slightly off the wall, which could lead to water accumulation behind the shower and down the wall. We did not flush the water heater due to its age and the client's preference, but provided an estimate for replacement. Additionally, the home has a radon system.
