I was dispatched to a home in the city to check on a heating and air conditioning unit that was not working. Upon arrival, I found that the power was out to the unit and the electric panel inside was locked. I needed to restore power to the unit to check the hvac meter. I was unable to gain access to the electric panel because the key was not available. I had to call the power company to restore power to the unit.
