The work performed includes the replacement of the existing gas line in the basement. A new gas line has been installed, extending to each water heater and furnace, including provisions for an exterior grill. The existing line connecting to the fireplace has been capped. All installations utilized black iron pipe, and isolation valves have been incorporated for each appliance. Upon completion of the work, a pressure test will be conducted to ensure the system is leak-free. Any additional work required beyond this scope will necessitate a written change order.
