This estimate is to replace fifty gallon electric water heater. New water heater will be set in a pan and an expansion tank will be installed. We will need to rework the pipes in order to install the expansion tank, so we can get the water heater plumbed to code. We will also be installing isolation valves for the water heater. Anything beyond this scope of work will be a change order. Completed water heater install.
