I was called to a home to fix a broken air conditioner. When I arrived, I found that the heat in the living room and bathroom was not working. I checked the thermostat and found that it was not set to heat. I reset the thermostat and tested the heating elements. I found that one of the heating elements was not working. I replaced the heating element and tested the system again. The heat was now working in the living room and bathroom. The customer was happy with the service and paid me for the work.
