They shown up on time they were professional polite courtesy they explain all the questions that I had they cleanup there mess n took it with them doug n dave was very good n helpful I was told the sales rep I would have a diff water heater cus they were having problems with the Rheem brand but th installers brought me the Rheem said they switched wholesalers in the last 2 months had no problems I hope they are correct
