Upon inspection, the blower motor failed to operate following a heat call. I began by examining the control board, checking for any visible signs of damage or malfunction. After confirming the control board was not the issue, I moved on to the blower motor itself. Upon further testing, it was determined that the blower motor needed replacement. I promptly filled a parts request for a new control board and blower motor. Once the parts arrived, I efficiently installed them, ensuring all connections were secure and the system was functioning correctly. The system is now operating as intended.
