Showed up to perform a furnace service call, during our visit, we found a crack in your heat exchanger, we are recommending immediate action due to safety concerns, your initial issue was found to be a potentially clogged combustion air pipe, but due to the danger of operating the unit, we are unable to clear the unit for operation. Client stated that they will have buddies take a look at it and therefore no estimates were emailed over.
