We successfully addressed a service request for a property where the landlord was unable to locate the unit. Due to the landlord's recent surgery and other commitments, he couldn't be present to find the unit himself. Our team meticulously searched the premises, ensuring no area was overlooked. We removed the unit from the hold section and are now prepared to reschedule the service once the unit is located. Our goal was to ensure the job could proceed smoothly despite the landlord's absence.
