I was called to a home to inspect a furnace that was running well but needed its ducts cleaned. Upon arrival, I noticed that the furnace was producing a lot of dust and debris, which was causing the furnace to work harder than necessary. I recommended that the ducts be cleaned to improve the efficiency of the furnace and reduce the amount of dust and debris that was being circulated throughout the home. The homeowner agreed to have the ducts cleaned, and I scheduled a time for the work to be completed.
