Upon inspection, the unit was not heating. The igniter was not glowing, but the gas valve was opening. I checked the voltage to the igniter and found it to be 0 volts, while the expected reading was 115 volts. I then ohmmed out the igniter, which also read 0 ohms, indicating a fault. Based on these findings, I ordered a new circuit board and igniter to resolve the issue.
