We recently completed a service for a customer who was awaiting funds until February 13th. During this period, we maintained regular communication with the customer to ensure they were informed about the status of their order. Once the funds were available, we promptly proceeded with the installation. The customer, Mrs., took charge of ordering the necessary equipment and contacted us as soon as it arrived for installation.
