I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a furnace maintenance job for a client. The job involved checking the air filter, swapping it out, cleaning the flame sensor, checking the igniter, and inspecting the frame sensor. I also noticed that the blower motor was beginning to leak oil, so I advised the client to have us perform a more thorough inspection next year to ensure safety.
