Today, I performed a comprehensive plumbing maintenance check at a new build home. The three bathrooms, including two on the first floor and one in the basement, were inspected thoroughly. All three toilets were stable with no wobbling, and no leaks were detected at the base or supply lines. The lavatory faucets operated smoothly, with no water pooling under the sinks. The shower and tub fixtures functioned perfectly, with no dripping from the shower heads. The only concern was the age of the water heater, which we did not flush. Quotes for a power vent and a tankless water heater were provided to the client.
