They got a tech here on the same day that I called and on the coldest day of this year, so far. The tech was very friendly and professional. He really knew his profession well. Diagnosed fixed and thoroughly explained the issue in about a 30-minute visit. He identified a setting that was never programmed when installed five years ago by another company. He did the programming, and the house was up to our chosen temperature in a few minutes. Very much recommended!
