I was called to a home to repair a furnace that was not working properly. Upon inspection, I discovered that the exhaust fan was blocked up with a nest of some kind. I tried to clear the vent, but was unsuccessful. I offered the client the option of cutting the exhaust and redoing part of the exhaust, but the client was not interested in the price of repair. The client is considering doing the repair himself.
