I was called to a customer's home to perform furnace maintenance. Upon arrival, I noticed that the customer had not changed their air filters in over a year. I replaced the old filters with new ones and tested the furnace to ensure it was operating properly. I also checked the blower motor and cleaned the air ducts. The customer was very pleased with the service and thanked me for my help.
