I arrived at the customer's home to perform a plumbing repair. Upon inspection, I found that the PVC and rubber tub had come out of the unit, causing a leak. I applied thum gum around the pipe and watched for any leaks. After a few minutes, the unit was no longer leaking. The customer was very satisfied with the service and thanked me for my help.
