Upon arrival, I inspected the unit, which the client reported was running fine. I began by examining the system for any visible faults but found none. I removed the bottom door to inspect the coil for cleanliness and found it to be in good condition. Interestingly, as I removed the coil door and the pressure decreased, the temperature increased, which is contrary to known heat transfer principles. The system had been exhibiting odd issues, and even the client's brother-in-law, an HVAC professional, could not identify the problem.
