I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job for a customer who was experiencing issues with their heating system. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was running and the blower fan was set to on. I tested the ohms on the heat strips and found that they were working properly. However, I noticed that the filters were both dirty, which could have potentially caused the main limits to trip. The customer also requested an estimate for installing a heat pump condenser on the risers. I provided the customer with a detailed estimate and they were satisfied with the work.
