* we came out today to inspect a electric hybrid. * The hybrid itself looked to be in fantastic condition. It was installed in 2021. * We did not install it. * Upon first inspection, I did not notice anything particularly wrong with the unit. When I did a thorough inspection, I noticed the The filter at the top of the unit was extremely Dusty. I cleaned it off and sure there was no more dust on it. * Client stated it was running a condenser error code, I ran the hot water for about 20 minutes and no code popped up. I checked the history and I did not see any codes. The client did get a photo of the code. It's AH1. * I attempted to call Rheem however I was on hold for over 2 hours before they told me how many people were in the queue ahead of me and I was still in the hundreds. * I called the client back stating I'm still on hold. If it's okay to attempt to try in the morning and they said that's fine.
