Responded to no-heat call on 10-year-old furnace experiencing intermittent operation. Discovered loose T-wire connection to host relay, which was secured and properly terminated. Adjusted aquastat from 195 to 180 degrees. Observed signs of rust and corrosion in metal ductwork. System tested and verified proper operation upon completion.
