In the extreme heat, our air conditioner went out. David went above and beyond and triple checked everything just to see if we could fix the problem without having to replace everything. He was super thorough and walked us through all the steps. In the end, we got a new unit and he arranged everything and provided us with multiple options. We were thankful for the education and for the wonderful customer service.

Repaired water line above water heater. No charge due to being under warranty. Gave guy estimate and he might be calling to schedule.
Arrived, ran unit in ac and checked for a temperature drop, checked ohms and amps on units, checked wiring, checked pressures, sprayed coils, unit working as should.

Made contact with resident she was asleep answered the door said she would call the office and make an appointment. I give her our hang tag. Tenet has moved out. Maintenance guys have the keys and they are all out on jobs. Talked with the girls in the office and they are going to call Stacy to reschedule.
