Upon arrival, we identified that the electrical system was equipped with a 30 amp breaker, which was insufficient for the tenant's heating needs. When the tenant activated the heating system, it caused the breaker to trip, disrupting the power supply. We assessed the situation and determined that a 60 amp breaker was necessary to support the heating system's requirements. We promptly sourced and installed the correct 60 amp breaker, ensuring the system was safely and effectively configured. The tenant's heating system is now operational without the risk of tripping the breaker. We have scheduled the next available appointment for Tuesday morning to confirm the system's functionality and address any additional concerns.
