Upon arrival, we identified a frozen pipe issue affecting the entire trailer. The client reported adequate insulation beneath the structure. We conducted a thorough inspection to locate the frozen sections and assessed the extent of the damage. Using specialized tools, we safely thawed the pipes and ensured proper drainage to prevent future occurrences. We also provided recommendations for insulation improvements to enhance overall efficiency and comfort.
