We provided estimates for necessary repairs. Prior to starting, all animals in the attic must be removed. Cleaning is not feasible due to fiberglass particulates. Insulation was found in every duct register, indicating widespread contamination. The furnace also has significant fiberglass, dust, and dirt issues. Removing existing fiberglass is ineffective as small particles remain on coils and heat exchangers.
