Upon arrival, we identified several plumbing code violations. The sewer line was severely backed up in the basement, obstructing the plumbing system and preventing its restoration. Due to these unsafe conditions, we were unable to complete the service during this visit. The property is currently uninhabitable. We will return at the earliest available appointment to address the issues, correct the violations, and restore proper operation.
