Upon inspection, I discovered that the outdoor drain tube had frozen solid, preventing proper drainage. To address this issue, I first assessed the extent of the freezing and identified the need for a more durable solution. I then returned with vinyl tubing, which is less susceptible to freezing temperatures. The tubing was carefully installed to ensure a secure fit and proper drainage path. This solution will allow the system to drain effectively indoors, safeguarding against future freezing and ensuring the client's system operates smoothly. The installation was completed efficiently, and the client now has a reliable drainage system.
