Upon arrival, we began by inspecting the area where the issue was reported. Removing the clean-out cover revealed a significant accumulation of water and debris, far beyond what the client could manage alone. We then consulted with the neighbor to confirm if they were experiencing similar problems. After our investigation, it became clear that the issue was likely related to the city's infrastructure, possibly due to a blockage or freezing. While we couldn't resolve the problem, we appreciated the opportunity to assist. We waived the diagnostic fee in hopes of a positive review and thank you for choosing our services.
