Responded to no heat complaint for 10-year-old geothermal system. Diagnostic inspection revealed frozen coaxial heat exchanger with significant loop field pump imbalance - one pump running excessively hot while the other was ice cold. System appears to be original installation. Informed occupant of findings and recommended contacting the original installer (Water Source) for specialized geothermal service as we are not currently accepting new geothermal customers.
