Located and repaired a burst pipe in a challenging crawl space with significant ice buildup due to non-functioning heat in that area. Replaced approximately 5 feet of damaged line with PEX and installed new valves in the laundry room, resolving the leak despite difficult access through a very small crawl space opening.
